I have worked with professional photographers and camera crews for 25 years in TV and newspapers all over the world, and not even remotely can I recall such an array of stunning shots. Wendy has now achieved this three times for us, in 2006/2008 and 2010. What's more, we now have two sets of twins under five, and it was occasionally bedlam leading up to and sometimes during the last shoot. However, there was not a single photograph that was not terrific.I was almost disbelieving. To boot Wendy is a lovely person; personable, engaging, unobtrusive, and the children loved her. They certainly didn't want to leave. It was far too much fun. Having used the very talented Wendy Aldiss twice now, for 2 very different shoots, I realise why she has the amazing reputation she has. Wendy did a family portrait for my mother's 70th, which was beautiful and more recently some studio shots of my daughter for a modeling agency. The studio shots were incredible. I cannot recommend Wendy Aldiss highly enough to friends and family after our photo shoot. She was friendly, professional and made us feel at ease straight away. She is a natural working with young children, and mine were happy, relaxed and had great fun. They didn’t actually want to leave when it was over! Her photography skills are outstanding – we went on a pretty grey day and she still managed to give us the perfect pictures. Wendy has a great eye for capturing those natural moments from our children, which all parents want to treasure. She is very flexible and can also turn her skill to giving us more formal family pictures. The biggest problem we had was to choose which pictures to purchase! They were simply all good. She helped us through this process and the final framed pictures look amazing !

As an Ambassador and fundraiser for the charity 'Action for Children', I introduced Wendy to the charity ten years ago and she has since been a faithful and dedicated supporter, raising funds for disadvantaged children through her extraordinary talent as a photographer. I first met Wendy when she came to take photographs of my children as a birthday gift from a friend. She was unique with them, helped I'm sure, by being a mother herself. I had employed photographers before and nobody had managed to capture them quite in the same light. She was endlessly patient and entertaining bringing out humour and confidence. We have recently moved house and had to scale our possessions down but we never considered not taking these pieces of history with us, which, encapsulates their lives.

I was nervous about doing a mother and baby photo session, but Wendy immediately put Emily and I at our ease. The barn was a lovely place to have the photos taken - the light was wonderful and the setting comfortable and didn't feel at all staged. Wendy was professional and patient with us both and really took time to capture Emily and all her different expressions. The experience was lots of fun! When the photos were ready to be viewed, I was astonished at how amazing and beautiful the images were. They captured Emily perfectly at really special time in her life.
